Information we collect

• Name, email address, telephone number, country, company, and business contact information.
• Product, quantity, artwork status, deadline, intended use, quality requirements, and quotation details.
• Artwork, logos, sketches, reference files, comments, approvals, and revision history.
• Inquiry, quotation, order, payment, shipping, and customer-service records.
• Information Meta makes available with an Instant Form submission, including form, campaign, ad, and submission identifiers.
• Website and device information collected through cookies, analytics, security, or similar technologies used for website operation, security, audience measurement, and advertising. Cookie controls and opt-out choices are provided where required by applicable law.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a quotation or custom-product project.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you through website forms, Meta Instant Forms, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, quotation and order communications, and information supplied by service providers used to operate these channels.

How we use information

• Review inquiries and determine whether we can manufacture the requested product.
• Provide artwork guidance, product recommendations, quotations, samples, and schedules.
• Communicate about approvals, production, quality control, payment, shipping, and after-sales service.
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
• Maintain business, accounting, compliance, and dispute records.
• Improve forms, advertising, service, and production processes.
• Send optional marketing communications only where permitted and with any consent required by law.

We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without appropriate notice and consent where required.

Consent and communication choices

Submitting an inquiry authorizes us to use the information reasonably needed to review and respond to the project. Optional marketing is separate from project and quotation communications. You may stop optional marketing by using the unsubscribe method provided or contacting us.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to Meta Platforms; authorized personnel involved in sales, artwork, production, quality control, customer service, accounting, or IT; hosting, email, storage, security, payment, shipping, and other service providers; production, packaging, or logistics partners needed to complete an approved order; advisers or authorities where required by law; or a genuine business successor subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information. Where analytics or advertising tools are enabled, service providers such as Google or Meta may process online identifiers, device information, website activity, and advertising-performance events on our behalf. Depending on applicable law, some of this processing may be treated as sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. International processing

We operate from China and serve customers internationally. Information submitted from the United States or Canada may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from China and other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.

Retention

• Inquiries that do not become orders: 6 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Order, payment, tax, shipping, and dispute records: for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, customs, shipping, and other legal obligations and for a reasonable period needed to handle service or dispute matters.
• Artwork and production files: for as long as reasonably needed to quote, manufacture, support, or reorder the product, or until a valid deletion request is completed where no legal or operational need requires continued retention.
• Optional marketing records: until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer needed, subject to a reasonable suppression record.
• Backups: until overwritten or deleted through our routine backup cycle, subject to legal and technical limitations.

When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and technical limitations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access restrictions, password-protected systems, spam and security controls, software maintenance, backups, and limiting customer-file access to personnel who need it for their work. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
