Both designs shared the same mold to reduce costs and ensure consistent outlines, while the enamel fills, printed details, and finishing treatments varied to distinguish the two characters.
To bring these characters to life, we used over 20 unique Pantone colors, carefully matched to the digital artwork. Colors like 4975, 7612, 2032, and 7666 added depth to the darker “Fox” design, while 5205 (Pearl white) and 705 50% (translucent sandblasted pink) gave the “Cat” character a glowing, soft appeal. Small facial and hair details were captured using fine silk-screen lines, a method that allows even 1mm elements to remain crisp after plating.
Communication Process

Mass Production & Finishing

- Baking at high temperature for enamel curing
- Wet grinding and polishing to smooth surfaces and level enamel
- Silk-screen printing of detailed lines and facial features
- Attaching rubber clutches and applying the custom backstamp
- Final inspection and packing in individual PVC sleeves
Each step was carefully monitored by our QC team. The silk-printing layers required special alignment tools to make sure that eyes, mouths, and decorative motifs remained accurate within a tolerance of 0.2mm.
