At Hipins, we believe every pin has meaning. That’s why every order is treated like a project, not a transaction. Once production begins, you’ll receive regular updates—not just generic messages, but actual photos and details of what’s happening with your pins, stage by stage.

We don’t wait for you to ask. We proactively update you on key steps such as:

• Picture During Making: As your pins are being crafted, we’ll send photos of mold engraving, color filling, or even polishing stages. You see your product taking shape in real time.

• Plating Notification: Once the pins are ready for electroplating (gold, silver, black nickel, etc.), we send an update. If you’re considering a special effect (like dual plating), we confirm with you before proceeding.
• Sent for Printing: For pins requiring screen print or UV printing (often for tiny details or textures), we let you know when this step starts. We often send a close-up image of one piece for your confirmation before mass printing.
• Production Is Complete: You’ll be the first to know when production wraps up. We send clear images of the finished product for your review.
• Quality Check in Progress: Before anything is packed, a full QC process begins. We check for defects, dust, plating flaws, and missing parts. If any issue arises, we fix it before shipment.
• “Can We Pack After QC?”: We always confirm with you before packing — giving you peace of mind that everything looks exactly the way you want. Only after your green light do we start final packing.

Before any pin leaves our workshop, we conduct a meticulous quality check. This includes:

• Surface Inspection: Checking for scratches, bubbles, or dust under the enamel
• Color Accuracy: Matching colors to Pantone codes
• Attachment Testing: Ensuring clutches, magnets, or keyrings are firm and secure
• Logo Placement & Text Sharpness: Checking for alignment, spelling, and print quality

Only after passing this final QC do we pack and ship — and even then, only after your approval.
