Production Workflow
- Hard Enamel and Printing

Key details, such as the character’s face and mug, were printed to maintain sharpness. There were also many processes before printing, such as mold, raws, filling colors, wet grinding, polishing, plating and so on.
- Attachment and Packaging
The jinshi chain enamel pin featured two rubber clutches for secure fastening. To enhance customer experience, each pin was individually packed in PVC bubbles for protection and a polished presentation.
- Quality Assurance
