To meet these requirements, we utilized 3D imitation enamel (Epola) on a 1.5mm zinc alloy base, a preferred choice for complex hinge structures. The front of the pin features deep, mirror-finish gold plating, overlaid with Pantone 207 red enamel text:

The whole design consists of three parts. The bottom is a base, the middle is a stove, and the top is a plaque. On the left of the plaque is a trumpet. The trumpet is a 3D structure, which contrasts with the color of the concave soft enamel .
