Some Production Processes
To achieve these results, our team followed a precise production sequence:
- Mold
The mold was engineered at a 2.0mm thickness—ideal for strong base structure and crisp metal lines.
- Enamel Filling
8 enamels were filled by hand, including: translucent enamel and pearl enamel
- Wet grinding
This process allowed the metal lines on the pin to be exposed.
- Polishing
Each pin was polished to create a perfectly smooth surface.
- Plating
The outlines were plated in gold, giving the pin a bright, polished look
- Precision Printing
Fine print detailing was added to enhance the eyes, accessories, and facial expressions—areas too small for standard enamel infill but critical to the character’s charm.

Final Product and Results
Once completed, the enamel pin was carefully inspected for surface smoothness, plating uniformity, and alignment of print elements. The back side was with two black rubber clutches securely attached.
The real product retained all the magic of the original art. Thanks to the combination of hard enamel, printing and high-gloss gold plating, the result was both visually striking and pleasant to touch.
Photos of the actual pin show how faithfully the artwork was translated into enamel. In particular, the reflective pearlescent zone (color 721) stood out when viewed from different angles.
