Which product and process are right for my design?
Send your artwork, intended use, approximate size, quantity and budget. We will review the detail and recommend suitable products, materials and production methods.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity. Send the quantity you need for a quote; larger quantities generally reduce the cost per piece.
Can I start without finished artwork?
Yes. Send a logo, sketch, reference image or rough idea. We review your design and provide a free digital proof for approval before production begins.
What determines the price, and are there tooling fees?
Price depends on product, size, quantity, process, finish, packaging and shipping. A mold fee applies to the first order; send your artwork and requirements for a detailed quote.
Can one design have different colors or metal finishes?
Yes. One design can be split into color or plating versions within an order. Specify the quantity for each version; color and plating changes incur additional charges.
How long do production and international shipping take?
Basic production usually takes 12–15 business days after proof approval; international express usually takes another 3–5. Complex orders or customs may add time; confirm your delivery needs.
How do you check quality and handle production issues?
We check artwork, colors, finish, attachments and relevant functions before shipping. If you report a quality issue, we review it and take responsibility when the fault is ours.
Can I reorder the same design without another mold fee?
Yes. We keep molds for two years, and exact reorders within that period do not incur another mold fee. Send the previous order details and identify any changes for review.
