What are the rhinestones made from?
We use decorative glass rhinestones, not natural diamonds. Stones are sourced to suit your design, with available colors, sizes and shapes confirmed before production.
How are rhinestones attached to the pin?
We prepare recessed seats in the pin and bond the glass stones into them with adhesive. The stone size and location must be planned with the pin design before production.
What is the smallest rhinestone, and how much space is needed?
Our smallest rhinestone size is 1.5 mm; this is not the required gap between stones. Each recessed seat also needs clearance from nearby stones, metal lines and edges.
Can I mix stone colors and match a Pantone reference?
Multiple stone colors, sizes and shapes can be combined. Choose from available glass colors; Pantone can guide surrounding enamel but does not guarantee an exact stone match.
Which pin styles can include rhinestones?
Rhinestones can be used with hard enamel, soft enamel, printed, 3D cast and die-struck pins. Curved or raised areas still need suitable recessed seats for the selected stones.
What do the proof and rhinestone inspections cover?
The proof maps stone count, positions and selected options. Finished pins are checked for stone color, alignment, surface condition and the condition of each setting.
Can rhinestones loosen, and how should I care for them?
Hard impacts, snagging or abrasion can loosen stones. Wipe with a soft dry cloth, store pins separately and avoid prolonged moisture, harsh cleaners and pressure on the stones.
