Opal creates scattered, iridescent color flashes; Cat Eye creates a concentrated light band. Both shift with the viewing angle, so judge the finish from a physical sample.
Will Opal Effect pins feel smooth or textured?
Our Opal Effect has a smooth surface. Opal powder is applied over the color of a hard enamel pin and sealed beneath clear resin, rather than left exposed.
What can I customize about the Cat Eye Effect?
The highlight shape and direction are set with a magnetic field before UV curing. Multiple colors are possible at added cost; a flat color reference cannot show the full effect.
How is custom artwork incorporated into Mirror Effect pins?
Custom artwork is UV-printed on a PVC sticker and applied to silver mirror acrylic. The design balances printed details with exposed mirror areas to create a reflective scene.
How does Magnet-Activated LED work in a custom pin?
