Why Choose Dangler Attachment?

A dangler attachment adds a separate hanging element to custom enamel pins, connected by a small jump ring or chain for natural movement. This extra layer brings motion, dimension, and personality to the design while creating more space for characters, symbols, charms, or decorative details.

  • Natural Hanging Movement

Adds a freely moving element that gently swings as the pin moves.

  • Extra Visual Dimension

Creates a layered look that adds depth and makes the overall design more dynamic.

  • More Design Space

Extend your artwork beyond the main pin with additional characters, symbols, text, or decorative elements.

  • Flexible Attachment Options

Customize the shape, size, position, and number of dangling elements to suit your design.

  • Works with Multiple Finishes

Combine danglers with enamel, printing, glitter, translucent effects, metal finishes, and other decorative techniques.

  • Perfect for Collectibles

Ideal for character pins, themed merchandise, fan designs, limited editions, gifts, and special releases.

Pins FAQ

Plan your hanging charms with key details on connectors, movement, finishes and separate tooling.

How are hanging charms attached to the main pin?

Jump rings, short chains or similar links connect the charms to the main pin. Connector type and placement depend on the design and intended movement.

Are there limits on charm quantity or size?

There is no single standard limit for charm count or size. The complete layout needs review for total weight, connection strength and movement clearance.

How do you reduce tangling and rubbing between charms?

Connection placement, link length and spacing help control movement and reduce tangling. Some contact can still occur as the charms swing.

Can the main pin and charms use different finishes?

Yes, they are made separately and can use different materials, colors and finishes. The connector arrangement is reviewed to keep the assembled design practical.

Do dangling charms need separate tooling?

The main pin and each distinct charm design need separate tooling. Design or structural changes need new tooling; changing only colors does not.

How are dangler connections checked before shipment?

We check charm movement, closed rings, connection strength and resistance to pulling. Surface quality and pin backing security are also checked before packing.

How are dangling charms protected during shipping?

The charms are wrapped in paper before shipment to reduce rubbing during transport. This helps separate the moving parts from the main pin and nearby charms.
