Which pin type will reproduce my illustration best?
Hard enamel suits smooth color blocks; soft enamel adds raised metal outlines. UV printed enamel or offset printing can reproduce fine detail, gradients and photographic artwork.
Will the finished colors match my original artwork?
Pantone references guide enamel colors, while printed colors depend on process and surface. The proof records your references but cannot guarantee an exact physical match.
Can one design become pins, keychains and charms?
Yes; a collection can share the same illustration and visual direction. We adapt detail, size, construction and attachments for each product rather than simply scale the artwork.
Do I need production-ready artwork, and will I get a proof?
Send an illustration, sketch or rough concept with your preferred size. We review the artwork and provide a free digital proof for each design before you approve production.
Can I order fan art or licensed character merchandise?
Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. For licensed characters or protected designs, confirm your authorization before production; HiPins does not provide rights.
How should I quote several designs or colorways?
List quantities for each product, design and colorway, with size and finish preferences. We review each variation and quote production, attachments, packaging and shipping.
Can packaging work for retail sales or merchandise bundles?
Tell us whether products will be sold individually, bundled, mailed or handed out at events. We review compatible packaging and confirm the selected options in your quote.
Can I restock a sold-out design or update a collection?
Send the previous proof or order details, new quantities and any design changes. We check tooling, construction and current materials before confirming a repeat or updated release.
When should I order for a shop launch or convention?
Allow time for proof approval, production and shipping. Basic production usually takes 12–15 business days after approval; share your launch date early for a confirmed schedule.
