Artwork Process
We arranged the artwork and sent it to the client. Client Feedback: “The lines on the butterfly wings still look like they’re going to be enamel, I would like them to be raised gold metal plate lines please and also thinner than the current thickness.” So we arranged to revise this artwork. After checking the revised artwork, this client gave feedback that this looks great.
Crafting Process
1. Mold & Raws: After the artwork was confirmed and we received payment. We needed to arrange the producion of this stunning pin on pin and the first step usually was mold. Then the raws would be made after the mold was processed.
2. Filling colors
Workers need to carefully fill in the hard enamel colors, especially some effects.
3. Wet Grinding & Polishing
Wet grinding made the metal lines on the pin visvible. The pins were polished to remove imperfections and achieve a smooth, glossy finish for a professional appearance.
4. Plating

5. Sent for Print
